my maxidas ds708 can't read any code's chevrolet lumina ls 2002 and vw touareg 2005 with block steering wheel defective I can't read any codes for them pls help

     I just work on 1 2000 with mine and did the MAF sensor program with no issues. Sounds like a blown fuse or power issue to the data link connector.
